In early February, we visited East Jakarta where 1000s of people had been made homeless due to flooding which covered 17.7% of Jakarta's total area & reportedly killed 12 people.

The Man from Cikarang aka The Man from Yogjakarta, January 2014
I know him as the Man from Yogjakarta. We saw him last Sunday and he was very sick. He has cataracts and is very thin. We'll see him again when next we are visiting Jakarta.

He's looking pretty ill now as you will see by the portrait I'll post in a few days.
